A much needed rest day. Friday is always the chance to sleep late, mentally recharge, and just take a break from the training. I've found over the last 5 years that taking a complete rest day once a week is critical to maintaining focus and desire to press on. It is probably more of mental break than a physical one, but it helps so much. I checked out the weather for my upcoming tri on Sunday and it looks pretty rainy - I'll just have to wait and see.
