Rolling through August

It has been a good week of training after the tri last weekend. I've completed my Couch to 5K workouts, really trying to keep the pace high as I run the intervals. I'm running the Madison 1/2 Marathon this weekend. That will give me a baseline half as I prepare to significantly ramp up my running for the fall. I'm excited about trying to break 1:40 in the half this year. If I can sneak in a 20-min 5K as well, that would be great!!
