Couch to 5K W2D3

Today's workout calls for 5-min of brisk walking followed by 20-min of run/ walking, 90 seconds on, 2 min off. The heat wave continues here in Chicago, so running at 5AM makes it a little more bearable. Following this 5K plan has been an interesting experience for me. I'm actually chomping at the bit to run when the intervals come around. Iv'e tried to push it pretty had on the running intervals and get as much from the workout as I can. I worked up a good sweat!
