Easy Spin and that Core Workout

This morning's workout was just an easy spin for an hour. My heart rate average never got very high. In hindsight, I should have been working a little bit harder. After the bike ride came the core workout. I have several exercises that I do with a swiss ball and several vasic core exercises that I do on the floor. I set the timer for 15 minutes and just pick from the menu of exercises until the timer goes off. I am going to focus on strength training over this off-season and hope to make some nice gains in that area.
