This morning's swim included some Anaerobic Threshold sets of 75 and 50 yds. I pushed through them pretty hard and felt control in the water. I still continue to struggle with swimming technique. I see people working a lot less and going a lot faster. Swimming is so much like golf. The guy with the best swing hits the ball further than the guy that winds up and whacks at it as hard as he can. I've had a good week of training. It really feels like things are starting to line up for the big race at the end of August.
