TT Repeats

Yesterday was an hour and half ride with five six-minute TT repeats. I thought that the industrial park would be a good place to do the repeats, but it didn't work out all that well. It turned out that there were a lot of turns and there were a lot of cars in the industrial park. I was riding my road bike and averaged about 20mph for the TT efforts. My tri bike is in the shop getting a tune up and I'm very much looking forward to riding it this weekend and putting down some fast miles!
